PROJECTS
Ford Otosan – Gölcük Campus Project
Construction of the Ford Otosan automotive plant with a total area of 205,932 m², located in the İhsaniye district of Kocaeli province.
The complex includes production buildings, administrative facilities, and logistics infrastructure.
The project was implemented during 2003–2005 for Ford Otomotiv A.Ş.
01 / Ford Otosan – Gölcük Yerleşkesi
The project was implemented for Pulver Kimya San. ve Tic. A.Ş. in the GOSB industrial zone (Gebze Organized Industrial Zone), Kocaeli province. Construction took place from 2008 to 2010, and the total area of the production complex is 15,066 m².
The facility is intended for the production of powder coatings and includes the main manufacturing hall, administrative section, warehouse facilities, and quality control laboratories.
The architectural solution combines functionality with modern industrial standards: efficient planning, energy-saving systems, and a high level of safety. The plant has become one of the key elements of Pulver Kimya’s industrial infrastructure, contributing to the expansion of its production capacities in Turkey and abroad.

02 / Pulver Kimya – Üretim Tesisi
The project was implemented for Rengin İnşaat San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. in the city of Izmit (Kocaeli). Construction of the shopping complex lasted from 2009 to 2011, with a total area of 34,168 m².
The complex includes a network of retail pavilions, office premises, and service zones combined into a single modern commercial space. The project provides convenient transport accessibility, spacious parking areas, and energy-efficient systems that ensure comfort for visitors and tenants.
Çarşı Yapı Shopping Center has become one of the key commercial infrastructure facilities of Izmit, creating new opportunities for the development of local business and trade.
03 / Çarşı Yapı Alışveriş Merkezi
The project was implemented for Özel Köşk Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. in the city of Izmit (Kocaeli province). Construction lasted from 2003 to 2005, and the total area of the hospital is 6,149 m².
The medical complex was designed as a modern multidisciplinary facility combining operating rooms, intensive care units, a maternity ward, diagnostic centers, laboratories, and administrative premises.
The architectural solution combines functionality and comfort: rational patient logistics, energy-efficient systems, modern equipment, and comfortable public areas. The hospital has become an important healthcare infrastructure facility in the region, improving the level of medical services in the city of Izmit.
04 / Özel Konak Hastanesi
The project was implemented for Beykent University in the Şişli district of Istanbul. Construction of the educational complex lasted from 2004 to 2005, and the total campus area is 23,974 m².
The campus was designed as a multifunctional educational center with academic buildings, laboratories, administrative premises, auditoriums, a library, and student recreation areas.
The architecture of the building combines modern design and efficient planning, creating comfortable conditions for the educational process. The Beykent University campus has become one of the leading educational facilities in the region, providing students with an innovative and dynamic learning environment.
05 / Beykent Üniversitesi – Ayazağa Kampüsü
The AKPLAZA Project is a modern Class A office complex, certified under the international BREEAM standard, located next to Bilgi University in Istanbul.
The building has a total interior area of 50,000 m² and stands out for its high standards of energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and comfortable working environment.
The complex was successfully commissioned in 2013 and today represents one of the exemplary cases of contemporary commercial architecture in Türkiye.
06 / AKPLAZA
Both projects were implemented for Sinpaş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. in the Halkalı district of Istanbul and became part of a large-scale program for the development of modern residential districts of the city.
Bosphorus City is a mixed-use residential and commercial complex with a total area of approximately 66,000 m², implemented in 2009–2011. The project is inspired by the architecture of the Bosphorus and includes the creation of water canals, bridges, green areas, and commercial spaces, forming the concept of a “city on the water” with a high level of comfort and urban amenities.
İstanbul Sarayları is a large-scale residential development with an area of approximately 240,000 m², implemented in 2010–2013. The architecture of the complex combines modern technologies with the palace aesthetics of the Ottoman era, featuring inner courtyards, gardens, fountains, social facilities, and residential buildings of an elevated comfort level.
Our company provided full technical supervision, quality control, construction management, and process coordination at all stages of implementation, contributing to the successful completion of two landmark projects of Sinpaş GYO in Istanbul.
07 / Sinpaş GYO – Bosphorus City та İstanbul Sarayları
The project was implemented for İş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. in the Tuzla district of Istanbul. Construction took place from 2011 to 2013, with a total development area of 90,015 m².
The residential complex consists of several mid-rise buildings connected by shared courtyards, green areas, and sports infrastructure. The project includes children’s playgrounds, a swimming pool, a fitness zone, an underground parking lot, and pedestrian alleys, creating a comfortable environment for family living.
Çınarlı Bahçe features modern architecture and a well-balanced combination of residential and recreational spaces, making it one of the most successful examples of urban residential development in Tuzla.
08 / İş GYO – Çınarlı Bahçe
The “Piyalepark” project — located in the Beyoğlu district, on Piyalepaşa Boulevard, built on the company’s own land plot.
It includes a multi-level parking facility for 150 cars, a multifunctional hall, and a student dormitory.
09 / Piyalepark
The “Ihlamur Konakları” project — located in the Bahçelievler district of Istanbul (cadastral plan 28, plot 122, parcel 2).
The project consists of 60 luxury apartments with a total development area of approximately 12,000 m².
